Receiving Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
I. Processing: It usually takes 1-4 business days to process your order (while some items may need 6-9 business days). We will send you an email if the processing time takes longer than expected.
II. Shipping Rates & Shipping Time:
we have 3 different shipping methods: Expedited Shipping, Express Shipping and Standard Shipping. The shipping rates and AVG shipping times are as following:
1. The shipping time listed in the table above is just ETA(Estimated Time of Arrival), and most(90%) of our shipped parcels can be delivered within this time frame, but due to some Uncontrollable Factors like bad weather, custom offices' spot checks, custom clearance, strikes, etc. some parcels may have some delay.
2. Please leave correct email address in your order so that the order confirmation and shipping notification will be updated to you. Besides, phone number is required for delivery, please leave correct phone number because the carrier & deliverer may contact you for delivery if necessary.
3. Shipping address should be detailed enough, it would be better if it includes Apt/unit number. Nondelivery or extra shipping costs due to personal reasons will not be taken by sislowly. Unsuccessful delivery caused by wrong/insufficient/incomplete shipping address, wrong post/zip code, blank mobile column can not be blamed to or compensated by sislowly.
4. Please note that we do ship parcels to P.O. Box Address and Military Address(APO/FPO) via Standard Shipping methods, but express shipping and expedited shipping methods are not available to P.O. Box and Military Address(APO/FPO).
5. If you need the item urgently or for scheduled occasions such as party, vacation/holiday, trip, anniversary, ceremony, etc. We would friendly advise you choosing the Express shipping method.
6. Please note that shipping to outlying territories or remote areas & islands usually take much longer shipping time.
7. Shipping times will be affected during public holidays or extreme weathers, because the manufacturers & carriers will limit or suspend their operations at these times, unfortunately this is outside of our control, normal service resumes soon after each holiday or extreme weather ends.
8. Your order can be tracked in details only when it arrives in destination country. Especially for standard shipping, kindly allow some working days of shipment to your address, even possible " not found ". Thanks for your patience. Should you have any question, please reach out to our customer service.
9. Due to longer customs clearance times, Standard Shipping times have been extended to 35-45 days for destinations in Latin America, like Brazil, Chile, Colombia, etc. 25-45 days for destinations in Africa, like South Africa, Egypt, and 10-25 working days in Philippines and Indonesia.
